MedNeurIPS 2021

The first round of the challenge (september to december 2021) is associated with the MedNeurIPS 2021 workshop. Information about the workshop can be found on their website.

Changes compared to the first round:

• Six subjects in the test set have been substituted by new data sets.
• The optimization / validation set now consists of 10 subjects.
• Motion information are provided for both test and train set, which were measured with the markerless tracking device Tracoline (TracInnovations, Ballerup, Denmark).
• So the optimization / validation set now compromises:
  • motion-degraded k-space data ('nodding scan')
  • ground-truth k-space data ('still scan')
  • reconstruction of the ground-truth data ('still scan') in BIDS format 
  • brain mask of the ground-truth scan
  • motion information (4x4 transformation matrix in scanner coordinates & corresponding timing) as text file
